The specific impeachment part focused on Prime saying teams never asked for more than 25% of tv money in the 2016 charter negotiations. Kessler showed a letter sent to then-NASCAR Preside talking about inequity of tv distribution.

Kessler pushed back against multiple statements made by Prime under oath, even going so far to submit a document for impeachment purposes. This was denied, but Judge Bell told Kessler he had accomplished his mission.
