As Radley emphasizes, you simply don’t have rights if you’re not a friend of the regime. Standing up for immigrants or asking for any accountability from this admin makes you an enemy.

Pretti clearly did not brandish his gun. Which means the government is saying he was killed for legally exercising his right to carry.
