Alright, in the theme the Star Trek or Simpsons episodes predicting the future meme, I just witnessed a good one firsthand! Star Trek Deep Space 9 (watching for the 1st time!) S3 E11 takes place in San Francisco in August 2024 & there is a major homelessness crisis AND deep sea mining is taking off!
