Did you have isopods in there? Our jar was able to thrive with a few, just make sure you're putting in dead leaves every so often for them to eat and breakdown

And with the dock fenders it would be another element you could add motion to bring more life to an otherwise static element !

I imagine it's a relief when you first ink a carving and the first print turns out well. With watercolor I know the Trainwreck I'm headed towards early in the process and just keep holding out hope I can salvage it by the end 😄
