Well, tomorrow (Thursday), it's hernia surgery. I should have done this a year ago, but didn't want to take the time off from the gym and possible work to do it. I tell ya, the good times never stop. Wish me luck, my friends.

Why is it that every time I go to the market, its nearly impossible to find a decent parking space?

Say, if any of you need to buy or replace one of these, let me know. I have a guy who can get them cheap.

They told me, "Go ahead! You can park your car here during your extended vacation. No problem at all" they said.

Here's an ancient castle archologists have just uncovered. Apparently, living conditions back in medieval times were a bit nicer than we had anticipated.

Damn, I missed my flight, so I was hoping I could catch the last train back home, but they told me I was a bit late for that, and that the last train already left - about 75 years ago. Now what do I do?

This is from a murder mystery we shot up in Lake Arrowhead a month or so ago,

Not to brag, but I'm thinking about moving into the penthouse suite here. What do you think? Smart move?

If any of you are considering taking a cruise this summer, you might wanna check this out.

I just bought this, and I'll be damned if it isn't back in the shop already with about 20 guys trying to get it up and running again.

So my friend tells her newlywed niece, "Take the scenic coastal route. Start your life off on a high note," she says. Why, almost immediately, their marriage was on the rocks.

I guess it was a bit naive on my part - thinking I'd have the whole beach to myself this weekend.

After a very long wait, my new expresso machine finally arrived. Now, some of you may ask why shipping would take so long, but its important to remember that getting here takes time all the way from 1890 takes time.

Going skiing this weekend. Can hardly wait to get on the lift.

Just pulling up to my new dentist's office that was assigned to me by my Dental HMO insurance. They advertise that this dentist practices "traditional dentistry." I just wish they'd be a wee bit more specific about which "traditions" they're referring to.

Damn if my GPS isn't working. Now what was that address again?
May 11, 2025 at 12:53 AM
I don't think I've mentioned this before, but here is a little side project a friend and I have been working on for the past couple of years. Its a lot of work, but when its finished, I think it'll be well worth the time invested. What do you guys think?

Who says there's no longer any affordable places to rent in LA? Why, I found this rustic little gem for only $4500 a month, AND the landlord only wants a $3500 non-refundable security deposit along with a $1000 cleaning deposit.

Here's a pic I took of my living room. Alright, I get it! I need to do a bit of Spring cleaning.

Well, at several friends suggestion, I finally broke down and took a "river cruise." I have to say that while I thought the river was really beautiful, I found the accommodations somewhat lacking.

Here's a pic of the DOGE overhaul of the US Department of Education. You gotta admit, they did one helluva job.

Took the LA Metro train to downtown today. Have to admit, it was a lot nicer than I had expected.
