For supper - mains are Lasagna and chicken cutlets with prosciutto & mozza. Sides are twice baked potatoes and a wild mushroom risotto.

Dessert options we usually go with a cheesecake and other baked goods (cookies, brownies, pie, etc.) and some assorted candies.

Oh no... turkey's for Christmas Day. Christmas Eve, I put together a huge antipasto spread to start (sweet & hot soppressata, prosciutto di parma, bocconcini, capocollo, smoked mozza, provolone picante, caprese salad, shrimp cocktail, and a few others like mixed olives, roasted red peppers, etc.)

Yep. Done with buying gifts. Just need to do some last minute wrapping and that's done. Then next up is the grocery shopping for the big feast with the fam we have on Christmas Eve.

Oh man, I LOVE that game. TI is my all time favorite board game. I know it's lengthy (and probably why it's not on peoples lists), but my goodness, every game is EPIC - win or lose.

There are some great instrumental bands out there that I'm quite fond of. Explosions In The Sky, God Is An Astronaut, We Lost The Sea, MONO, Russian Circles, Mogwai, If These Trees Could Talk, Godspeed You! Black Emperor. You seem like someone who can appreciate these. Great for long road trips too.
