P1 Tommy said it best,

"It's a great livery, for Alfa Romeo."

There's no Paddy Lowe to fire this time.

That episode of DTS was gold 🤣

This! That's why across motorsport the same colour became synonymous with different manufactures but from the same country.

Big Auto isn't gonna change their corporate colours for F1.

They look a bit F1.5 at the front, but if it helps the racing...
January 21, 2026 at 12:19 AM
To be fair to them they're not expecting to win any titles until 2030

As soon as there were limited engine parts changes you could make in a season without penalites the reliability of the V8s went sky high. The extra 2 cylinders and high revs weren't the thing making them explode, the V8s still revved high.

It was more that they used to strip the engines down and rebuild them a few times a race weekend. Often the mechanics had been up all night (no curfew) and made mistakes putting them back together.

The 2.4L V8s weren't turbo charged, that came in with the 1.6L V6 hybrids from 2014

The cars were too fast for safety tech of the time due to aero not V10s. All that power is useless for a laptime if you can't keep speed in the corners.

First the FIA tried butchering the tyres with grooves to slow them down but they regained it through aero so they butchered the engines instead.

Adrian famously still does all his design work on paper so I'd say he can't work CAD would be a good guess.

Look pal, the further North you go I think you'll find pal is far more unsettling and threatening way to say mate, pal. 🤣

The ICE isn't much different to the previous generation so it's not much of surprise to me they sound the same.

With the MGU-H gone the only "up side" is the dreary droning should be a little bit louder. 🤣

Sounds like something AI would say
January 14, 2026 at 3:25 AM
You spelled Cosworth wrong. Ford was just the money and the badge.
January 14, 2026 at 3:21 AM
Nothing iconic about Aston Martin Racing until they win something.

They were iconic when they were the original team, Jordan F1, a long time ago.

Please Sky UK F1 do this for David Croft 🤞🏻

You haven't said what I've said.

You said the opposite of what I said.

Are you ok Hans?
January 6, 2026 at 6:01 PM
As if this era of cars will produce any classics anyone will want to drive again in 30 years 🤣
January 6, 2026 at 5:50 PM
Hans, F1 does the deals with the track venues, the FIA ensures that the track and facilities are up to certification for racing.

The "Media" in parent company Liberty Media is just a name. It has no bearing on what F1 is responsible for.

F1 itself is the promoter of the Las Vegas GP for example.
