It's a bit further away but in Shitenno-ji Temple Market (21st 22nd of every month) there was a stall run by this little old lady who had a huge selection.
I ran a guest house at the time and guests of all shapes and sizes were able to find something. That was 7 years ago though so fingers crossed

AI has been normalised very quickly here. It's being advertised constantly as a solution to everything. It's on billboards, YouTube adverts, adverts on trains, in stations, on mobile web pages the adverts are usually for some kind of AI product or service.
