We could also start asking AI how much a service should cost, and to predict yearly expenses. Ya know... Replace insurance monoliths with AI. Why not. Our current system only serves to divide my clinical practice from medical research, with the objective of revenue generation, not human health.

Genius with medical AI is now in suppressing benefits (aka business expenses,) not generating or assisting parient outcomes. Do it now. Upload your images to AI for review. Catalog your blood tests in ChatGPT etc. if doctors won't push back against the standards of care they are paid by.

It's easy. Healthcare is a money generating machine with a side hustle in medicine. Removing people from that stream on retirement is unthinkable. Prices for care are lifted to what people will pay for them... Not related to what it costs.

I don't understand why I see things so differently. I see a health insurance industry that thinks it's entitled to charge people 1/3rd of their income for healthcare. That industry shouldn't be "fixed." It should be burned to the ground and its ashes pissed on.
