Absolutely. There may have been a time for ignoring them, but at what point do you realise the need to actively resist? With Trump, afd polling 20% in Germany and Reform polling higher in UK, Meloni in Italy…, and with money and media promoting them, it is certainly time to notice and resist.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I am a Catholic wrestling with the thought that others who proclaim the same faith, particularly in the US but here in the UK too, and indeed in my parish, express contrary views. The Pope’s letter, like his thoughts on ecology, help me in my struggle.
