Support for the parents of autistic children is best from adults who understand autism deeply-this community is a great start. We need to support the genetic and connectome imaging science for all neurodiversity expressions so an inclusive community can motivate scientists, clinicians, and society.

Cerebral vasculopathology is prevalent in autopsy series suggesting major vascular contributions to cognitive impairment and dementia. Hopeful that serum NfL and t-tau levels prove to be an equivalent to hemoglobin A12 as biomarkers of brain health as we monitor lifestyle and other interventions.
