Hey mate, back to Shannara for me with the 'First King of Shannara'. I do enjoy some Terry Brooks.

Also reading 'Three Wee Bookshops at the End of the World' by Ruth Shaw. We had the opportunity to visit the bookshops in Sept this year which was awesome.

We are leaning towards a PHEV as well. Distance is a concern which is why we want the petrol engine but a large portion of our km's will be local so perfect for an EV.

We have a half time at our cinema. It freaks out the non-locals 😂

Hey Womble, today I started "A Declaration of the Rights of Magicians" by H.G. Parry.

On the non-fiction front I'm half way through Midnight in Chernobyl by Adam Higginbotham and enjoying it immensely.

Out of sight, out of mind always works to solve a problem 😒

It was but that story was about Abigail. This one being part of the Peter Grant story make you expect to get the narrative just from his perspective. Having Abigail's as well is a little different. Good different though 😊

It does make it interesting. It took a couple of chapters to get used to it but I like it.

This one and the forward pass that wasn't at the end of the 1st half might have Bellamy spitting a bit at the press conference.

Hi Womble, just finished TJ Klune's "The Bones Beneath my Skin" and started "BlackTalon", a warhammer novel.

Have a great day 😁

Yes. I think it's a great opportunity to have men's and women's origin on the same weekend plus pacific games and maybe even an NZ "state of origin".

It solves the problem of NRL games without the top 30 players. I'd send those players not involved out to country areas for community events.

Touchie called him out so he's out. Looks to me like it's just touching the line.
