So it's a good ruling and gets at an important point that these laws that claim to target social media tend to be so broad they affect many other online services.

But we still have an unresolved issue of whether and what type of online age restriction rules are allowable under the First Amendment.

The judge makes it clear they don't want to go there and the debate will continue.

Tough to compete with all the other crap before the Court these days though, right?

I think it's on the radar of more and more people in the tech policy space, but it's still off regular people's radars.
