It's not a distraction, it's another step towards the imposition of a police state and the creation of an authoritarian/fascist government. Don't minimize this by calling it a "distraction;" it's much more serious than that and we can't lose sight of that fact. Trump wants power, no matter the cost.

Musk took himself out of the role of "private citizen" when he joined the administration to head up DOGE. not to mention his acceptance of massive government contracts. He is entirely bound up in the fabric of the current fascist regime, and deserves whatever he gets.
