In Canada nobody knows any of the Supreme Court Justices and we like it.

Trump is also effective because he understands this about the media and exploits it more shamelessly than anyone.

The man knows what sells newspapers and they are happy to go along with it.

Thank-you from Canada Teri!

You are incredible, one of my heroes.

I love the sound of your voice!

PP doesn’t care about a deal, he just wants something to bash Carney with.

There’s also less than twenty years left for tar sands profitability.

Alberta is fucked.

If you don’t want to participate in a conversation, there is nothing stopping you.

Calling someone “tired” or a “troll” or a “bot” doesn’t help your case, it just comes across rude and defensive.

Silly putdowns are a waste of all our time, but maybe your six followers are into that?

I’m not that happy about the MOU, but it’s not an agreement to build a pipeline through unceded territory.

It’s a set of conditions in which the Feds would allow a pipeline to be built.

That’s not an agreement to build a pipeline.

If anything, it’s an agreement to not help build a pipeline.
November 28, 2025 at 7:58 AM
I live in East Van.

How exactly does this MOU force a pipeline across unceded territory?

It doesn’t. The MOU says Alberta needs to get FN approval and provide ownership opportunities, and that the Feds aren’t going to help Dani reach a deal with FN or the province.
November 28, 2025 at 7:49 AM
I live in BC, I am well-aware that almost all of BC is unceded land.

If FN doesn’t want a pipeline, there will be no pipeline.

The MOU is the Feds telling Alberta that they aren’t going to force a pipeline through unceded territory.
November 28, 2025 at 7:45 AM
Yes, I read what you wrote.

There is no agreement to build a pipeline.

There’s no federal money to build a pipeline. There’s no help with BC to build a pipeline. There’s no help with FN to build a pipeline.

There is no agreement to build a pipeline.
November 28, 2025 at 7:41 AM
I don’t see that.

It’s an MOU that says there isn’t going to be any federal money, help with BC, or help with First Nations to get a pipeline built.

You’re on your own Dani, have at it.

Jivani will ride it out anyway because Conservatives don’t care.

And then when Vance becomes president, Jivani will be his first call north.

They all fail upward.

These airframes have expected lifespans of 8000 service hours and would be flying far less than 1000 hours per year.

At 200 hours per year they could make their estimated lifetime of forty years.

Still lots of savings, but not 1000 hours / year worth.

Not having a shell in the chamber would have also helped.

Who puts down a shotgun with a shell in the chamber?
