Prescriptions in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are free (paid by taxpayers) but are £9.90 an item in England. Why are English people not outraged - they should be paid for by the taxpayer in England too! Are all you English blind or just indifferent?

My daughter received a baby box today. She was very moved and delighted. This is government under the SNP and is laudable.
