Having now watched to the end, Prof. Hall looks to be spot on about just about everything that came up.
(The other guys on that podcast seem to know almost nothing about Japan though.)

Although I wonder if a nuclear-armed Japan (+S. Korea?) would be in anyone's interest? Everybody needs to calm down a bit.
