My pronouns are The Man/ Respect my authoritah!
My mistake, I thought she had been charged under and we were discussing the Face Act. Thus my quotation was referenced for that law. Quite frankly it would seem charging under the Face Act would fit the actions more neatly.

Read the Statute again ,you left out

"..or interferes with ...any person lawfully exercising or seeking to exercise the first amendment right to religious freedom at a place of religious worship"

At the Federal level- 18 usc.248 (Face Act)
And the ,Enforcement Act of 1871

State level- Minnesota Statute 609.72
Also likely, Minnesota Statute 609.605
and , Minnesota Statute 609.28

Do you know of instances where ICE entered and disrupted church services while they were in progress?
January 24, 2026 at 3:33 PM
I agree with you. However, I am having no luck finding instances of ICE raiding a church building while services are being conducted.

If only Florida would be more like California where the state sanctioned killings are done the right way with medically assisted suicide. Tsk tsk..

Let see if you can come up with an answer on the 3rd try...... Do you think a person willing to commit murder will feel compelled to abide by a law telling them they are not allowed to have a gun?
November 27, 2025 at 12:42 PM
Not necessarily, theft is also a common source. But you tried to avoid my question , Why do you think a person willing to commit murder would be bothered to abide by a law telling them they are not allowed to have a firearm?
November 27, 2025 at 12:21 PM
Do you think a person willing to commit murder in the street would really be bothered if they were in violation of a law telling them they are not allowed to aquire or possess a firearm?

Any one disbelieving the factuality of the simple craft project I outlined above is living in a state of denying reality. That could i suppose,be described as living in a fantasy land.

Well... when person can invest $20 to buy pipe at homedepot ,and spend around an hour with basic hand tools to make a functional shotgun and then surrender that shotgun at a newyork buyup program for a $100 gift card.....I'd say that works out to a waste of money on the part of the state.....

On a related note, who else is aware that the largest mass shooting massacre in USA history was carried out by agents of the United States Government who were in the very act of attempting to forcibly disarm the Lakota natives of firearms. The event is known as the Wounded Knee Massacre.

Well, admittedly, it does seem to me that cops with a more (lets just want to shoot people) kind of mentally seem to be more common in some federal government agency's. [Insert your favorite ATF meme here].....

The 1931 Alabama Pistol Permit
law is still on the books and in effect to this day.
October 1, 2025 at 8:15 AM
Or North Carolina's 1919 Pistol Purchase Permit Law.
October 1, 2025 at 7:58 AM
I said a lot of the gun carry laws were rooted in racism. Look at Alabama's 1931 Pistol Permit Law.
October 1, 2025 at 7:56 AM
Look back at where a lot of the state carry licence laws have their oragins post civil war. In racist disarming of minoritys.

Your original statement did not say all gun rights. You just said gun rights.
October 1, 2025 at 7:22 AM
Because he obviously is a democrat advocating for a type of gun rights to be taken away from Americans. His statement was directed at (Americans) pretty broud and all inclusive, could be described in generall as everyone.
October 1, 2025 at 7:13 AM
Your original question-"When have democrats ever advocated for taking gun rights away from everyone" And I pointed you to O'Rourke's statement "Americans who own AR-15s and AK-47s will have to sell them to the government, all of them."
October 1, 2025 at 7:07 AM
The legislative branch is the law making branch. Made up of senators and representatives these people described as being politicians. 150 years ago politicians made laws disarming groups they didn't trust because of race. US Gun control laws are actually rooted in jim crow racism.

Where in the world do you think laws used by the court system come from if not from politicians deciding who they trust with rights?Where do you think laws are made in the United States?
