I'm a bit more relaxed about this sort of thing, languages are living evolving things, where the American word is better, there's no reason it shouldn't replace the clunkier British version. My fave is to pronounce "bouy" as "boo-ee", a fun pronunciation that annoys the purists, it's a win-win.

As frustrating as that is (and it really is), the act of writing the report (and consulting on it) is a great way to organise thoughts and fill knowledge gaps ... so yeah, it's annoying, but not entirely wasted effort.

It seems to be based on the misunderstanding that 15-minute cities means you won't be allowed to travel further than 15 minutes, rather than the idea that you won't need to - at least that's what I assume because I can't see any other reason to be against such an obviously positive thing.
