My only recollection of Max Hall was Peter King thinking he was going to be a top NFL QB comparing him to a young Kurt Warner. 🤦‍♂️

He’s fishing for a pardon

Ironically in hindsight it helped the Patriots. They would have scored too quickly and the Ravens would have had more time to score.

I like it. Significant defensive upgrade at 1B as well.

Isn’t this what happened to Tyrod Taylor a few years ago?

The good people of Hawkins will ride up against this evil.

Any idea what’s behind the reported interest in bringing back Teel? Narvaez seems like a great long term fit as a starting catcher.

Any thoughts on trading for Marte? He’s got plenty of power and plays a position of need. That being said the noise around him being a diva and disrupting team chemistry concerns me. Isn’t that supposedly one of the primary reasons they shipped Devers to SF?

Same. And with no room for him on the MLB roster he would have lingered in AAA where his value would depreciate if his chase rate didn’t improve significantly.

Or packing 10 functioning strings of lights and only 7 work the next year.

The most hilarious possible outcome is Lane departing for LSU with Joe Judge promoted to interim HC and he guides Ole Miss to a national championship.

A bit surprised she wasn’t cast as one of the students.

Great info. Just did this search and Sonny Gray was used as an example which aligns with your story.
November 25, 2025 at 9:50 PM
He’s only signed for one year so hopefully he doesn’t continue to regress further. The 1.23 WHIP isn’t so much a concern, but a 4.28 ERA is trouble if that’s your 2nd or 3rd starter.
November 25, 2025 at 8:37 PM
The “and BTW” comment I tossed in at the end is what you focused on? Gray is a buy low and hope for a turnaround season acquisition for one year to add depth which they clearly needed late last year. He is most certainly not a number 2 starter at this point in his career.
November 25, 2025 at 6:58 PM
If they’re counting on Gray as the #2 that’s a major concern. He’s now 36 and coming off a year with a 4.28 ERA and 1.23 WHIP. Not to mention his ERA at Fenway is north of 6.

Typically not too much happens until the winter meetings.

Was trading Jaelen Phillips the key to fixing Miami’s run D? 🤷‍♂️

I bet it rhymes with Kwomo.
November 4, 2025 at 4:47 PM
And they’re able to roll over this year’s $54m or so cap space to 2026 as well?
October 1, 2025 at 3:37 PM
Well it was only 2.6% last year. Baby steps.

Love this show. However I laughed watching episode 4 when Kavalier mentioned Wendy being lowered by a lithium ion battery. Seriously? It’s 2120 and they’re still using li-ion batteries? They could have at least gone with solid state.

Assuming Kutter Crawford on this list is an oversight?
