Bonus points to the English guide that came with every copy of the game having this for the cop fight part of the game. They understood the message.
A snip from the Earthbound Print Guide that was part of every English copy of Earthbound. It shows clip art of a man in a blue outfit, yellow gloves, and a blue cap striking a pose with "OFF THE OFFICERS" in bold, red text. This is above tips to deal with the cops beating you up in the police station for entering a place that had a sign saying you shouldn't enter. You fight 4 officers (5 if one of them didn't chicken out) and then fighting the chief so you can leave the first area of the game, which is also your hometown. Like, this tweet has unironically changed how I see "No! You're morally wrong for buying stuff!" that's been happening more and more because, sadly, people learn companies aren't flawless. Doesn't help most companies will jump for money over quality or good PR now, making it easier than ever...
A tweet from a few years ago that says: "u consumed that media so ethically, babe. you're so getting into heaven" While it was a joke on people starting morality fights over how you read a piece of media, I think this also works for how people are just free to bully people for buying *anything*. Like say, "u bought the game console so ethically, babe. you're so getting into heaven". I'm just saying if you can't buy from any "bad" company that's done something wrong, *you literally couldn't buy anything*. You don't care, you just want to be mad at Nintendo, can't do so, and thus punchdown. Sorry for the hidden rant, this has been on my mind for a while now. Please just understand it's okay to buy things you like and help others, that'll do more than yelling at people buying food or games to feel better.

An edit by an artist I forgot to write down their name that compares the difference in human and furry porn using a photo of two people playing volleyball with different butt sizes. The left butt is almost flat and very normal looking thus "Human Porn", the right butt is bigger, rounder, and has a tail thus "Furry Porn". This was posted to say "You're correct!"

Not even bait, just reaching, don't bite the hand that feeds you, but REALLY don't bite the hand trying to eat ya!
