Beginning and ending of an American sketchbook. 10/23 - 03/25. Lot of life happened between these pages; Moved back to Portland proper, son started high school, had a stroke, got engaged, had a few painting shows.

I’ve been seeing a lot of artists and creatives blog about the need to make art now in our current era of “uncertainty.” I’ve been creating for a long time, and feels like it will be an act of rebellion in the near future, so let’s keep going and not loose the art in our humanity. #workinprogress
