Even in continual 40mph winds, snow filled and weighed down many trees. Many lost limbs under the load.

This pile was what was pushed from my driveway (and we're just getting started). I dug a path to the propane tank in the back.

Winter started that year with a massive ice storm in mid-November. From mid-December to late April, we were hit with snow storms twice per week, driven by 40mph winds. I would clean off the deck, and it would look like this again in a few hours. This one was taken 2/23/23.

The one on the right is visible light, which represents to me what others see by our words and actions. In the one on the left, I possibly see the effect the outside world has on me internally. The addition of the piano tells me its influence is internal.
