Mindfulness is being aware of what you are thinking & doing “in the moment.”

Analysis about what you did before now is not mindfulness.

We practice mindfulness exercises to build the ability to be present & in control of our thoughts and what we do in real time.

One of the best things we can do to reduce anxiety is to take inventory of our internal voice, noticing if it is that of a friend or foe.

Being attentive to our internal voice gives us the power to choose to make it the voice of our most trusted friend.
