What’s wild to me is when shootings are described like as “erupting,” “unfolding,” etc. as though each one is a natural phenomenon that couldn’t possibly be prevented. It’s not a fucking volcano—a person shot at people WITH GUNS that we continue to hand out like candy in this shit hole country.
