Started looking at legislation that @warren.senate.gov and @joshhawley.bsky.social offered to reform PBMs. Definitely resolves some important points. But I it ignores just how smart the big PBMs are. It also ignores that there are 25 plus Pass Through PBMs that do the right thing for sponsors
