SJO-->ASU-->LIT I like to travel and take pictures. If I post it, I shot it. At least tied for title of world's most happily married man. When I'm home, it's in Arkansas. Lots of nice people here. Take our governor... please! My site: 5centsphotos.com

Many thanks, SB. No filters, but the light was outstanding!

No AI; I'm too old to learn that 😆. I do have a good camera, shoot in RAW, and process in Lightroom, which helps bring out things, but I try to keep it real! Thanks!

You seem to get lucky quite a bit...

Thank you! They were from a distance; I would love to do it again from closer...

📷 Another Niagara shot for #WaterfallWednesday. Have a good one! #photography #WaterWednesday
A tourist boat is headed into Horseshoe Falls at Niagara. A large cloud of vapor rises in front of it.

Wonderful shots, Mark, especially catching it upside down!

I'm glad there are kindred spirits here.

I've been ignoring them lately, I think, while playing with a new long lens. Need to get back to them before they get their feelings hurt!

Neural networks... that sounds right!

🪶 #BirdOfTheDay is a tough one - "kestrel" - but I do have a couple of heavily cropped shots of one with a small rodent. #birds #photography #arkansas
A kestrel is on a power line, holding what appears to be a mouse in its talons. A kestrel is in flight, carrying what appears to be a mouse in its talons.

I would love to take it out for a spin. Wow.

Thanks for the thoughts - maybe we'll get some🤞

Lovely, Mark. I hope you have a good day.

I'm glad you're getting some rain; looks like we're out of luck for now. Have a great day!

Hey, that's right! I picked a good time accidentally!

They are fairly common here in summer. I've seen some fantastic shots and video of them catching insects, but I haven't gotten any yet like that.
jon5cents.bsky.social
I haven't tried that! But we have no shortage of them in winter.

🪶 It's #Twosday, so for #BirdoftheDay being #migration with an alternative of #floofball, I've got a twofer, both in one. The dark-eyed junco is a winter resident here, and should be showing up soon. They can truly floof in the cold. #birds #photography
A dark-eyed junco is on a branch in a snowfall. It is fluffed up enough to look round, and has snow accumulating on it. A dark-eyed junco on an icy branch. It is looking straight at the camera, and is round enough to resemble a tennis ball.

Definitely a good looking couple!

Thanks, buddy! Fun to watch.

They were in front of a friend's house, and there were several more. Might have to visit again.

🪶 Two shots of two Scissor-tailed flycatchers at play yesterday afternoon for #Twosday. #birds #photography #arkansas
Two scissor-tailed flycatchers against a blue sky. One on the left is lightly on a power line, with wings and tail spread, while one on the right is approaching the line with wings spread.
