The nice part about biking in the Netherlands is that you can take ferries across the river, cost almost nothing and you have a nice view and some rest 😎

My new smart watch has a prediction on my 5k. Make me doubt how smart that watch is. I can’t even run a pace of 4:30 for more than 5 minutes at the moment.
