I ran into Dee Snider when checking into a hotel. I was the only one who recognized him, but I kept quiet out of respect. We exchanged pleasantries and he headed out. My friends asked who he was, and when I said Dee Snider, they didn't believe me. He seemed really down to earth and kind tbh.
