At least seven fires are ongoing across Little Rock with multiple homes damaged but no injuries reported so far this evening. Most of Arkansas is under an extreme fire danger warning and the state is under a burn ban. If you see a fire, call 911 and move to safety immediately. #ARWX #ARNEWS

During the 2025 legislative session, Arkansas lawmakers are trying to address phone usage in schools. The Bell to Bell Cell Phone Act would ban the use of cell phones by students from when school starts to when school ends.
