Please make sure to take some time for yourself, even if it is just a few minutes. You each make such a difference to others; why shouldn’t you do the same for yourselves?

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and you may not realize that some of the people around you right now are silently in crisis. It’s ok to not be ok. Please know that there are people that care and others ready to listen when you need them.

I hope that you choose an act of service that benefits your community in recognition of the efforts of this great American.
