I worked on a film called “The Replacements” that found out that they didn’t have the licensing rights to the signage in the Baltimore Ravens stadium. Warner Bros made Pac Title do all of the fixes for free under threat of no more work on other projects.

Pacific Title was founded in 1919 and finally went out of business in 2007 because of low bidding and being forced to eat the cost production decisions made by studios.

Wonderful news. I recently had to sit through multiple Trump speeches during a visit to my 92 yr old MIL until my body levitated itself out of the room on a cloud of invective. Must give this a go.
