Have you read any of her other books? I wanted to dislike her first book, but ended up enjoying it. That said, Joyce was singular.

I have had 4 copies of Fanny Farmers cookbook. Some recipes are fantastic, whole others are very church supper-esque. If you haven't tried the chocolate chip cookies, give them a try. They are with the effort. 🙌
