@epitheterased.bsky.social Is there a limit to how many people can be friends with Rick Shades at a time? If so, does it coincide with the proficiency limit? And what would happen if Rick tried to go over the limit?

@epitheterased.bsky.social If any income an individual makes beyond $100m has to go to public works, then why do countries still give the Fleecity family money? Do they not qualify for the threshold otherwise?
