Let's make sure we are taking ourselves in 2025.

Lost my dog in September and have been leaning on that man so much more for emotional support. It got so bad. He told me it may be time for me to get another dog.

So I took a break from working out for the holiday, and my anxiety has been on 10. Started working out again yesterday. I feel so much better.
