They will *never* release them because they *do know* what's in them. They will have to be leaked if the public will ever see them. At this point, they should be unredacted except for victims' names.

But the money he's taking was a monthly housing stipend. Is the $1,776 payment going to be monthly? or only once? That will force his lowest paid military personnel into defaults on rent.
