Now I agree with certain targeted funding by Government. And I have to say I have not really examined this proposal.
But lets not forget that this is a type of welfare and should be seen as such.
We are quick to target certain parts of the community without looking outside.

I used to fly the Oz flag proudly, but not any more, why? Because I do not want people thinking I am one of these.
