Was hoping for a 1p game. At least we will know outcome of Vikings and Packers first so we know whether to root for win or loss.

💯 of OL is fixed then Goff should be even better, outside of Vikings & Eagles games he’s looked good. Vikings and Eagles are just bad matchups for this interior OL. I am a bit relieved Lions can rest this January and get head start for 2026. This years team was 1 and done if they made playoffs

Kingsley seems like he’s still worth developing but may never be anything more than a backup which is fine. Some solid free agent centers such as Linderbaum or Ethan Pocic. I’m still intrigued with Ragnow possibly giving it 1 more go too depending on how he feels.

Agree!!! That’s why I’m not down like some ofc it’s fresh and season was disappointing. At least I can root on your Bills in the playoffs! I am thinking a Buffalo v Seahawks SB would be fun!

Half glass full, Lions window isn’t closed and Ben Johnson’s Bears 6 wins in last two minutes of games is not sustainable. Luck and easy schedule has played into Bears winning 11 games. Their run game is good but Caleb still a 50% completion %. I see them as one and done in playoffs likely to GB

He for sure needs to do more than win the NFCN. Which I still believe he can win the Lions a SB. Fans like myself looked the other way last offseason. We should have seen a regression coming. Sometimes you have to take a step back before you take a a big step forward.

Knee jerk reaction he is a very good head coach. Injuries and transition from the coordinators and other assistants as well as Ragnow retirement hurt the team as a whole. He needs to nail the OC hire this offseason and even think about changing DC as well.

Ragnow retirement after draft and free agency hurt a lot. Losing Kerby was a death blow to the secondary 🤞 that knee can get right as he’s super valuable to this team

Feel Dan for sure needs to find a OC he trusts to call plays so he can go back to overlooking the team as defense seems to have regressed when he became play caller. I am also wondering if Shep needs to be evaluated hard as this team cannot hope he just develops as they don’t have time.

2025 was rough all around from Playoff loss to Losing both coordinators and some assistants , losing Ragnow. We should have seen regression coming. The 9ers. Had a nightmare season last year at 6-11 but have bounced back nicely as they are similar to Lions with a talented core and good HC and GM
