Day 38: was able to do the first complete orbit of the hourglass twins! only problem is ive gotta do it again but reversing the sand transfer... here's a test vid of the anim

Day 36: the sun loop is completed! can finally work on the background features now

Day 35: gave the glowy aura a change in colour and some dithering and WHAM! way better... the second outline was changed a bit as well to a darker colour. Nearly done with this sun loop, just a bit extra tomorrow!

Day 34: doubled the amount of frames because i felt it was too fast, and also gave it a gradient. Much better! still needs work though

Day 33: Sun nearly done! some extra solar flares need to be added, but overall happy with this for now

Day 32: gave the rim a jiggly effect, although I think it's waaaaay too fast. It was just an experiment, so i'll improve on the design tomorrow.

Gave it an extra different sunspot array though, which helps it look more natural.
