How far Pardot support has fallen. I remember the days of live chat ~10 yr ago, incredible service (s/o Sunny).
Moved a client to HubSpot last year. Awful Pardot support started driving them away but ended up ditching a $120k SF contract entirely for HS

Which is wild because Salesforce’s support was already *bad*. They incentivize speed to respond so much that your first message back is usually an unrelated knowledge base article that shares a random keyword with your request.

My FIL died of pancreatic cancer 9 mo the after being diagnosed in 2011. By mid-2012 a family friend had 2-3 years after diagnosis. Just lost a distant relative this year who go still a few more years.
