Wife & kid free the past 24hrs, so I had an A24 marathon: Babygirl, Heretic, X, Pearl, and MaXXXine. All were very entertaining, but of these five I think Heretic was my favorite

I’ve got a job! So excited to get back to it. It’ll be one of those rare Mondays where I’m super excited to go to work!
We’ve started watching Premier League football and enjoy it much more than American football. The Mrs did some research & decided that Newcastle would be her team. When I asked how she decided, I found out it’s because they’re closest to the town from her favorite show: All Creatures Great & Small 😀

I am still amazed at the questions my kid will ask. Just today it was:
- Have you ever ripped a chicken in half?
- Did you watch Barney growing up?
- Did you like having braces?
- Will you buy me a drum set for my birthday?

I hate being sick. Aches and a stuffed nose… blah. Keeping the fluids and Kleenex stocked and close by. Hopefully past the worst of it now, but only time will tell.

Just realized it had been awhile since I heard anything about the 2 astronauts stuck in space. Found out they’ve been there for 6 months already! Praying they do well and have a safe return home in February.

No matter how many books you read, or others you talk to about it, parenting a neurodivergent child can be exhausting. Most days are amazing. Today was one of those other days and I just don’t know how to recover.

Why all the dunking on Skeleton Crew? It’s only a couple of episodes in. Can you at least let them tell the whole season before you complain? We’ve lost too many good shows because people online start this garbage without even giving it a fair chance.
