It’s probably the least secure of all the platforms, as most of them by now default to e2e encryption and Telegram still makes you opt-in and turn it on. You might as well just use a DM smh

Pretty sure Merchan already said his conviction would be immediately vacated so that he could carry on his duties as President. It’s just ceremony so that it’s on the books as having had happened. Or something similar
