I suppose that now I have a handful of followers I ought to post something! Firstly about me - In my mid-50s and don’t know whether I’ve shifted further to the left as I’ve got older, or the traditional centre-right (Tories) have moved further to the right. Suspect a bit of both…..
I am uncomfortable with overtly religious Christmas songs in public places at the best of times. But sitting having breakfast at a hotel in Indonesia listening to “Go tell it on the mountain” blasting out is particularly cringeworthy.

The best thing about living in Singapore is the easy access to some awesome destinations in Asia. Like this weekend in Fraser’s Hill, Malaysia, spotting some incredible wildlife.
