Thanks for replying. For me center-aligning looks good if everything in the column is of very similar width, say ”age” or ”single season WAR”. But anything with some variability, even names, you’re forcing the eyes to constantly find a new starting point for the next line.

Center-aligning is a pet peeve of mine. Very much a graphic-design-is-my-passion move. Calling it ”easy readability” is bizarre. Ever seen a center-aligned novel?
