There's the Typhon system, but it would take a year or more to train people. As far as I know only 3 countries have access to Tomahawks; they aren't given away lightly. So, it's about as likely Ukraine will get them as trump not lying.

Also, I think with Anders, he is wrong somewhat. They're not stockpiling as he thinks, they're rebuilding because the ruzzians have hit the manufacturing plants. Some of those hundreds of drones do hit industry.
