No, i'm not confusing anything. Hence why I mentioned both. And yes, it is a slippery slope, because how do you prove it without opening up overreach into all citizens on both sides of the border. To ban the Kirks and the Coulters is one thing, every other right wing citizen is another.

Don't get me wrong, I agree, it would be great to just to shut them down at the door. But the logistics of that isn't realistic without serious government overreach, both directions. The best thing we can do it make sure that when they are here is make them feel unwelcome and unwanted

Are they doing something illegal or simply attending a protest, if they arn't doing anything to get them detained what reason is there for them to be identified and booted

But where do you draw the line between free speech and freedom of expression, and unless something is done that's criminal what basis is there. Should we take that approach it would factor in for every single person not just the target. Every recorded thing said suddenly becomes scrutinized

That would be a very slippery slope, especially if they havn't specifically done anything unless we are scrolling every entrants social media, it will never stop. Much of it comes from our reliance on their media, and once a point hits a nerve with somebody it spreads like a brush fire in a drought
