I have a memory, though not sure how accurate, of reading the Economist many years after the Simpsons episode and they started a report on Indonesia with the line "Indonesia is at a crossroads". Thought it must have been fun for the writers and a deadpan niche joke for some readers.

Interesting that ChatGPT thinks the rope is a leash because of the context of the cat, but I think its clearly a lasso because of the context of the cowboy hat. Humans still doing better than computers.
