Wrote to my (R) rep, my two (D) senators, and to my (D) governor. Preparing to write to state, county, and city reps as well, asking them to respond, hoping that responses will come from every level, so more people know and get involved. We must tell them what we expect them to do. /1

I continue to wonder whether the reason Trump went on about 2020 being stolen is that he couldn't understand how, after cheating hard, he still lost. This, based on the axiom that every accusation is a confession.

I am aware, thank you; I just think, as do many others on this thread, that it's not enough. Perhaps instead of thinking everyone around you knows less than you do, consider thinking that they simply have differing opinions. That said, thank you for sharing information.

All the "can be" wording just suggests all the things the letters might well not be. Given who controls the reins and how they feel about rules generally, those "can be" phrases will be ignored.

This is my thought exactly. Though I'll admit that men have a terrible track record, and that I'd like to see certain women takes the reins, I wish we could just stop essentializing about gender already.
