I wouldn't read that much into it. I doubt a manager ever says what they really think in a presser.
He's just trying to take the price tag pressure off the lad so we don't all expect him the waltz through the opposition every time he plays.

I have thought that in the past, but then have screaming nightmares about our 2 lonely midfielders getting brutalised by every opposing team.
Would be fun for the first few minutes, though.

Gotta say that I don't know what Beto could've done differently today. Except one chance in the first half just seemed to pass him by.

I'm watching.
Don't care about the 'patriots' who love 'are cuntry' or Geroge Crosses or any of that.
But I do want my country's football team to win matches and that seems normal to me.

Yeah, that might be where you are, but did you start in Upper South?

Aye. He last still got loads of time to get himself ready for the 1st team. Not really a problem right now.

4 2 3 1 with Coleman at LB.
Or 3 4 2 1 (😬) with Coleman and McNeil as wing backs?
I'm guessing option 1.🤞

Bit worried about this. He only played 19 times last year and has a career of injuries. Hopefully just a teething problem...

OK. I thought that might be the case. Do you have forever Blue or Forever Blue+?

Would like to see Dibling and Barry get a start, but maybe move Ndiaye to the left and give Grealish a rest?
Probs start Garner and Tim in midfield.
Would like Charly, McNeil, Patto, Merlin and Seamus all to get a game, but I can't see Moyes making that many changes!! (And we won't play 2 RBs!)

Just have a think about that and check your history notes...
Particularly about last year when you think you weren't in Europe?

Another thought i had was that Burnley's costs would have been lower due to relegation (due to players' contract clauses and player sales of high earners).
So their income may have been affected by relegation, but that doesn't exactly translate to the £50m profit they're claiming from us.

Don't mind the window as it stops sky 6 teams snatching your best player mid season. But it should close across Europe at the end of July.
Nothing happened today that couldn't have happened a month ago and we'd have been saved all that Koppite Isak nonsense.
