I agree he is but a symptom, but I doubt he will give up by democratic means. He will change the US Constitution or do whatever us necessary to stay in power.

So tell me what maintains the shape of a globular cluster. The stars CANNOT be orbiting around a common center or they would impact each other where paths crossed and... there would eventually be no cluster.
